Missed lessons
- If you are going to miss a lesson please let me know as soon as possible by phone call, text, or e-mail. If you do not know you will be missing until the day of your lesson, please notify me as soon as possible.
- I am not obligated to, nor do I promise to, but if I can reschedule your lesson I normally will. Please ask. .
- If I am unable to do your lesson at your normal time, I will let you know as far in advance as possible and remind you as the day draws nearer.
Payment Policy
I offer the following payment options
- You may pay for each lesson at the time of the lesson
- You may pay in advance for any number of lessons
- I accept cash or checks only. Make checks payable to Bruce Hoff. If paying in cash, please have the exact amount.
