House Rules

  • No smoking in my house. If you feel the need to smoke, you may do so outside. Do not leave your butts in my yard.
  • No consumption of alcohol or illegal substances on my property. If you feel you must indulge in order to perform or show up under the influence of drugs or alcohol, stay away. I don’t want your business.
  • This goes without saying, but remember that if we are recording at my house you are in my home. Please conduct yourself accordingly. Enough said.
  • No unnecessary people allowed in the studio. The room gets crowded enough as it is. Anyone who is not a part of the recording process is not allowed in. Your friends can hear the recording after it’s done – not while it’s being made.
  • If you are a band (as opposed to an individual), all members must remain in the studio area while recording. Unless you are using the restroom, all other areas of my home are off limits.
  • No food or drink allowed in the studio area without my permission.
